Refund policy

Thank you for supporting Artbybiesiekofi. Each piece is created and fulfilled with care. Please review the policy below before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of our artwork, all sales are considered final. However, returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item arrives defective

  • You receive the wrong item

If your order qualifies, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return, email Carbus29@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.


Refunds

If your refund is approved, you may receive:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Limited edition prints

  • Custom orders

  • Commissioned artwork

  • Items returned without prior approval


Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will replace the item at no additional cost.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us so we can resolve it.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
